Calling and emailing the office
The phone number and the Book Appointment and Email Us buttons open your own phone or email app. Whatever you send goes straight to the office from that app. The website never sees it.
The map
The map in the Contact section loads its pictures from OpenStreetMap. To show them, your browser contacts OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address the way any website you visit does. OpenStreetMap's own privacy policy covers what they do with it. The Directions link opens Google Maps, where Google's privacy policy applies.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use that data to identify or contact visitors.
Links to other websites
Links to Facebook, CareCredit and other sites take you off this website. Their privacy policies apply once you are there.
Children
This website does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
